***Citizens of Cedar Falls defied by City Council***

The city of Cedar Falls has voted 6-1 in favor of mandatory lock boxes on all commercial property including
apartment buildings and Triplexes. Inside the box you have to provide keys to all entrances to the property
including keys to individual apartments. The Lock Box" will be placed outside the property. This mandate
is not only unconstitutional, it is a breach of security to all properties. Please write in, call your councilman.
